With an almost innate adoration and appreciation
for the Siberian Husky, Darcie-Nicole
Wicknick has lived with them, quite literally,
since birth!
Darcie is a music business consultant
("...Ask Darcie" Music Business Consulting,) music business educator, publicist, and journalist. A graduate of
Berklee College of Music, Darcie is an accomplished R&B/Gospel vocalist, songwriter, and
vocal coach.
She is also the Co-Founder and Managing
Director for The Boston Hip-Hop Alliance, and very recently started a post-Katrina awareness campaign for Gulf
Coast arts visibility called The Best Way to Help the Gulf Coast is to Visit.
She resides in the Boston area where she is active in many arts-related
and community projects and organizations. Though she is an avid writer in the field of music business, this is her first book
endeavor.
Darcie's current Huskies, Gabriel and Joelle,
reside with Darcie's parents, where they have a big fenced in yard all to themselves!
